This individual should be a proactive, strategic, forward thinker who can align with the overall strategy of the Technology Services division.The Database Administrator will be responsible for owning, tracking and resolving incidents and requests, fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within SLAs, reviewing service related reports (e.g. database backups, maintenance, monitoring) on a daily basis to ensure service related issues are identified and resolved within established SLAs, responding to database related alerts and escalations and working with database architects to come up with strategic solutions to recurring problems.The Technology Services division (TS) of the City and County of Denver is using state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies to deliver and improve the systems, applications and operations that we deliver to our customers.
